A question for the respondent who seems so eager to say, “You’ll be forcibly banned!”: If you think about it normally, members probably wouldn’t be particularly troubled even if they were forcibly removed, and I can only imagine that people who say such things are the ones who end up causing trouble. So why do you keep saying, “You’ll be banned! Banned!”?
Could it be that Universe has a power-harassment culture and is the kind of company that says,
“We’ll fire you! You’re dismissed! Your pay will be cut!”?
Come to think of it, I feel like you were also going after Mac-san with “You’ll be forcibly banned!” But on the contrary, they seem to be doing just fine and remain active.

If you wouldn’t be inconvenienced by leaving, wouldn’t it make everyone happier if you simply withdrew?
You wouldn’t have to keep hearing about the rules, the woman involved wouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable anymore, and the staff wouldn’t have to deal with the hassle.
When someone is forcibly removed, they usually argue things like:
“Why me?”
“Did I even do anything?”
“You haven’t gotten any serious complaints from the women, have you?”
“Did I verbally abuse the staff?”
“I was only stating my preferences.”
It becomes a hassle, so if you wouldn’t be inconvenienced, I’d really prefer you to just say, “Understood,” and leave quietly.
By the way, men who are forcibly removed because of repeated complaints from women tend to say:
“That wasn’t my intention.”
“I thought I was treating her normally.”
“I’ll be more careful from now on.”
They keep repeating this, but eventually it becomes, “We have warned you repeatedly…” and they are forcibly removed.
The people we’d actually be troubled to lose are good male members.
If a problematic member leaves, it helps preserve Universe’s image and ensures that neither the women nor the staff have to feel uncomfortable.
And when problematic members are gone, I think the other male members can enjoy their activities more easily.

Your question is difficult to understand because it contains so many hints and indirect references, so I’ll answer only the parts I can follow.
Most members join Universe to find a dating partner, so I imagine they’d have a hard time if they were forcibly expelled and had fewer ways to find someone. At least for me, being forcibly expelled would leave me with a poorer sex life, so I’d be in trouble.
If being expelled wouldn’t cause you any problems, why are you paying the annual membership fee?
I don’t think Universe has a power-harassment culture. I see it as an interesting company where individual staff members have relatively broad discretion.
P.S. Speaking of Universe and power harassment, this reminded me: There are probably quite a few cases of members harassing the staff.
