This is only our second year hiring new graduates, and we’ve already held next year’s job-offer ceremony. It looks like we’ll continue to focus mainly on recruiting new graduates going forward. Since you’re currently a third-year university student, you’d be joining the year after next, right? You still have plenty of time. Personally, I think it takes a lot of courage to make Universe your first company. I wonder if that means society has become considerably more accepting these days… Our Chiefs and others are also involved in interviews, and my impression is that having a strong individuality helps you get hired. We have a lot of unique staff members, so be prepared for that (laughs).

Maezawa from the CEO’s office here—I’ll answer this one too. Thanks for your question. We’re still hiring new graduates, so you’re welcome to apply, and getting hired is certainly possible. That said, some new graduates do get rejected (there are surprisingly many applicants), so please apply with a focused attitude. If you find our recruiter K’s Twitter account and make a point of saying that you’re a fan, you’ll probably make it through the résumé screening. (笑) P.S.
