Is there really a big difference in the number of offers per woman between Tokyo and Osaka?

The difference in the average number of offers between eastern and western Japan… That is interesting, indeed. Although I don’t think there’s probably a significant difference. Recently, I’ve started feeling pressured with comments like, “Why aren’t you doing all kinds of things on the new internal system?” And I find myself thinking, “Wait, who was it that wouldn’t give me access for the first nine months or so?” Even after everyone else knows how to use it, being told that I’m the only one falling behind is a bit much—especially when I was made to start about three laps behind everyone else. That said, I’m starting to think it might be interesting to put together some numbers like that. But I still don’t understand the new system at all, so even if I wanted to, I can’t produce them yet. (笑)

I’m Kazu, a male member. I get the feeling that the number per person is probably about the same. After all, regional branches likely have fewer female and male members than Tokyo. Unless the gender ratio differs significantly from one branch to another, wouldn’t the number of offers each woman receives per branch also be fairly similar?
