Thank you for your question.
Who’s spreading that kind of misinformation?
Could it be that they’re deceiving women this way so they won’t receive negative feedback about themselves? What a nuisance.
Basically, your rating won’t change because of your feedback.
However, if the feedback section is filled with complaints about the staff or bitter demands like “I want this male member permanently banned,” then it’s no longer feedback—it becomes a complaint. If the content is overly emotional, you may end up being treated as a serial complainer.
So it’s perfectly fine as long as you simply state the facts.
As for phrases to avoid:
“I want this male member banned” → The club is the one that makes that decision. (lol)
“I wasted my time, so pay me” → Is that extortion? (lol)
Those are probably the main ones. There may be others, though...
Incidentally, male members can also be permanently banned for things like:
- Acting aggressively toward women or staff, or making threats
- Making unreasonable demands beyond the terms of their membership or registration level
So it’s not as though only women are at a disadvantage here.

As Mac said, please give your feedback exactly as you see it.
They’ll listen to feedback from women, so don’t worry—your rating won’t go down.
They don’t take feedback from men very seriously (they probably just let it go in one ear and out the other), so women should feel free to share their thoughts openly. Since it’s valuable, I’m sure the staff will welcome it.

Feedback and complaints are getting mixed up. It seems that sending a complaint can sometimes lead to a negative rating.
Feedback is about accurately communicating the facts, while a complaint is about expressing only your personal feelings. For example, if you’ve had an unpleasant experience, rather than sending the club nothing but your resentment, explain the facts specifically: “This is what happened,” or “I felt uncomfortable when this was done to me.” The club will likely welcome that kind of information as useful feedback for the benefit of other female members.
If you have an unpleasant experience, don’t just suffer in silence—report it to the club first.

I think those men were simply trying to intimidate you, threatening you so that you wouldn’t send negative feedback about them.
If you send feedback that’s hysterical or excessively self-centered, the staff might find it difficult to deal with, but as long as your feedback is fair, I don’t think they’ll treat you as a problematic female member. They’ll probably appreciate it as useful information.
By “fair feedback,” I mean something like the question posted here: https://universe-club.jp/help/questions/view/4856
It’s written calmly without venting anger at the staff or demanding that they punish the man, so I felt it was an excellent example of feedback. I’m not a staff member, though, so I’m sorry if I’ve misunderstood. I think Maezawa’s answer also includes some tips on giving feedback.
Also, your rank won’t change that easily, you know? By rank, you mean your class, right? In most cases, a class changes because of the number of offers you receive.
If you’re talking about your star rating, it usually goes down because of last-minute cancellations, tardiness, or taking a full day to respond.
