When making an offer, why not ask about your preferred location and what time you would need to be finished by, taking future arrangements into consideration, and then make a final decision based on her response?
It may also be a good idea to discuss the matter with the branch handling your arrangement before deciding.

Regarding where she lives, that can be difficult to answer. When arranging the date, we may be able to ask her about a convenient major station for meeting and roughly when her last train is. You can use that information to judge whether timing will be an issue and whether future dates will be easy to arrange.
That said, some women are willing to make arrangements even for locations that are far away when going on second and subsequent dates, while others will only suggest places that are easy for them to get to. That’s something you likely won’t know until you meet her.
We may possibly be able to tell you something general, such as whether she lives in the northern part of the prefecture. Please consult with the staff at the branch.

We don’t disclose a woman’s municipality of residence. In their profile, locations are listed by general area—for example, which part of the prefecture they’re in—so I think that should be sufficient.
If you’re asking because the area seems a little far away and you’re concerned about the date duration, perhaps you’re trying to determine when to wrap things up based on the last train.
In that case, I suggest telling the staff your preferred date and asking them what time you should roughly finish by.
Even if she lives a little far away, I feel that wrapping up by 11 p.m. should generally be fine. However, some women may have a curfew in addition to the last train, so rather than asking for their municipality, it may be more useful to ask what time they’d like to finish.
