If so, I believe they should be able to provide you with the proper information. If you haven’t contacted them yet, try asking through the channel you’ve been using to communicate with Universe, and they should be able to tell you. If you were introduced by someone, that person may not know the details yet. There are also cases where someone says they’ll introduce you to Universe but ends up referring you elsewhere.
