At the moment, we’re only recruiting for departments that are understaffed, along with new graduates.
Kazu… that’s seriously impressive.
It looks like the year-round recruitment page—which most companies keep up—was still active.
The fact that the page is there means you can at least get in touch with the HR department, so I feel you should really make your case—perhaps with about three times the usual enthusiasm.
However, you can’t be both a female member and an employee at the same time, so I think you should cancel your membership before applying.
Then, if they tell you they aren’t currently hiring, you could always sign up again afterward.

We conduct the interviews seriously and according to our internal rules, so it would be difficult to have you do them in our place.
There was briefly talk in the past about offering male members, for a fee, the right to sit in on interviews with women—and, if they liked someone, to arrange a match on the spot. But that idea disappeared pretty quickly.
In any case, it’s not as though you take one quick look and immediately move on to the next woman. Each interview takes a full hour, so it might be enjoyable if you really like the woman, but spending an hour with someone you’re not interested in would probably be pretty demanding.
