I’m a male member in my late 60s. Recently, I haven’t been able to climax through penetration during sex (I don’t lose my erection). We change positions about three times, and in the end she stimulates me by hand so I can finish. If anyone knows how to heighten my arousal and climax through penetration, please let me know. I had no trouble doing so until one or two years ago.

I’m Tetsu, a male member. I think it’s caused by handjobs and “F.” They probably provide stronger stimulation than penetration. To become able to orgasm through penetration, you need some rehabilitation. While taking deep breaths, use a slightly looser grip and masturbate slowly. In other words, the goal is to train yourself to climax even with milder stimulation. During rehabilitation, fantasizing is best—it helps train your ability to focus on reaching orgasm.

Maezawa from the CEO’s Office here. Thank you for your question. If you’re taking ED medication, some types can have a prolonging effect and help prevent premature ejaculation, so it’s possible the medication is making it difficult for you to climax. That said, if you can’t perform without it, why not try switching to a different type of ED medication? Also, if you’ve been relying on manual stimulation repeatedly, your brain may have become conditioned to it, making it difficult to climax without the same kind of stimulation. In that case, you may need something like rehabilitation. I’m not a specialist, so please forgive me if this answer misses the mark.
