I’ve heard that warming it up helps, but I don’t think it’ll disappear that easily. I always assumed most people would just say they got bitten by a bug and cover it with a Band-Aid.
It might be better to ask them not to leave one, since their parents might look at them suspiciously.
(Though they might come back with, “Then how about somewhere that won’t show?”)

There are various options, like warming it with a steamed towel or using a shower to warm it up or cool it down. Try looking up different methods online and find what works best for you.
Personally, I don’t think there’s any problem with leaving it as it is. If I found out, I’d simply suggest that we try some SM play together next time.
