After reading Maezawa-san’s answer and everyone else’s responses to this question, I felt encouraged. It made me want to be more open about my desires—or rather, my preferences. Actually, I love tight miniskirts. They get me excited enough that I’d almost want to add another allowance payment. So before a first date, I’m thinking of asking the club to pass the following message on to the woman: “I like miniskirts, so I’d be happy if you could come wearing one if possible. I especially like tight-fitting miniskirts.” Would there be any problem with that? Would it come across as sleazy? For reference, our meals vary, including Japanese cuisine at city hotels. Sometimes we use semi-private rooms as well. On average, the bill is just under ¥20,000 for the two of us.
