Actually, separate from this question box, something like a message board is almost complete.
There, any member will be able to ask or answer questions. However, it won’t be anonymous—you’ll be able to see which member wrote each post—so hopefully we won’t get strange questions or answers.
People tend to write odd things when they’re anonymous, so this will be a place where everyone is expected to post responsibly.
Everyone taking responsibility for what they write—that’s a good thing, right?
Going forward, the person who asked this question will also be able to post under their real name, so I hope you’ll take responsibility and make thoughtful contributions.
Of course, even if you believe you’re in the right, if other members or staff feel that a post is outrageous or seriously damages the dignity of the membership, you may be asked to leave.
So please understand that if you post freely, violate the membership rules, and are forcibly removed, that will be the natural consequence.
Even if you insist that being forcibly removed for saying something true is unfair, this is a message board viewed by many different people. If a large number of people feel uncomfortable with a post, then the problem may lie with the poster’s judgment.
Until now, everything was anonymous, so no one knew who had written what. On that message board, they will.
If that leads to disciplinary action, including forced removal, it won’t be the company’s fault—it will be the result of the majority’s reaction. And if the rules were violated, there won’t be much to argue about.
Before posting, I recommend sleeping on it and checking the next day that you still wouldn’t be embarrassed for others to read it.
Even if you later say, “I wrote that in the heat of the moment—please pretend it never happened,” once it’s posted under your real name, it may be impossible to undo the damage.
That’s why sleeping on it for a night can help you recognize these things yourself before posting. Alternatively, you could have someone you trust review your writing first.
P.S. I reread the question, and it seems they were saying that staff members working directly with members should post here more often.

If I come across a question I really want to answer, I’m happy to respond. But when I try answering questions I’m not particularly interested in, the result often ends up being boring, so I sometimes delete my own responses.
Coming up with an interesting answer is pretty difficult, too...

I’m Kazu, a male member who, like others, can’t help suspecting that you might be a staff member.
A Q&A box where only staff answer would probably be pretty boring. I think the Universe staff are far too deferential.
Saying you only want those staff members to answer is basically like saying, “I want you to agree with my opinions while bowing and saying, ‘Yes, exactly.’” Do you really enjoy using the staff as human punching bags in a place that anyone can read?
If you want the staff to keep bowing and saying, “Yes, exactly,” why not just tell the branch directly? Or do you want to make them grovel in an anonymous Q&A box because you don’t want it linked to your club name?
And yes, a pointless Q&A box filled with bland answers from staff and deferential “Yes, exactly” responses would be boring. The reason the original Q&A box was interesting was because of Kida’s unfiltered remarks.
