For someone who does that, maybe try injecting body wash into their urethra or anus. Though actually doing it could probably constitute assault.
Putting body wash inside the vagina is just as terrifying, though.
Body wash is neutral to mildly acidic, but soap is alkaline, so that would be even worse.

Oh my gosh! That’s not normal…
Poor thing… It must have hurt, right?
Honestly, some people just don’t get it…
I’m sorry. It may be a hassle, but please explain it to them kindly.

Thank you for your question.
They probably have zero knowledge about that sort of thing.
And since they won’t know unless someone teaches them, please make sure to give them proper sex education.
That said, it’s also possible that they know about it but assume the soap isn’t getting inside because it gets rinsed off at the entrance. They may also simply enjoy playing with the foam while doing it.
Even if it’s just a misunderstanding like that, I think it would be best to explain it clearly.
That said, they may be disappointed if you don’t suggest an alternative, so you could ask the man to bring some lubricant next time.
If you say, “Soap hurts, so would you like to try using lubricant instead?” I don’t think he’d take it badly.
If you’re uncomfortable with lubricant, or if the man prefers foam, you could ask him to bring a soap specifically designed for intimate areas and use that to make foam.
If you search for them, you’ll find things like:
- TRES MARIA Soap, 180 g — ¥3,800
- Collage Furufuru Foaming Soap [Pink] [quasi-drug], 150 ml — ¥1,800; 300 ml — ¥2,300
- Intime Feminine Wash, 120 ml — ¥2,200
- TBC Herbal VIO Wash Foam, 100 ml — ¥3,300
You could specify one of these and ask him to buy it.
Another option—not specifically for intimate areas, but easier to find and perhaps easier for a man to buy—is to try a regular soap marketed as gentle on the skin first.
(The intimate-area products above would be safer, though.)
- Daiichi Sankyo Healthcare Minon Whole-Body Foaming Wash [quasi-drug], 500 ml — ¥1,400

I don’t think that’s normal. Maybe he thinks it can be used instead of lubricant. You should tell him you don’t like it because it hurts.
