A lot of men ask me things like, “You prefer older guys to having sex with men your own age, right?” on the first date. What do you actually think?
It’s such a hassle, so I just say something like, “Yeah, I guess,” but honestly, I absolutely prefer men my own age.
Maybe it’s confidence from experience, but so many older men just have self-centered sex. They’re also weirdly eager to make you squirt (which doesn’t feel good at all), they’re bad at kissing, and I get the impression that a lot of them are delusional older guys who can’t tell porn from reality…
I always listen to them while thinking that if older men really were better, then more older men would be popular with women.
Am I just too inexperienced to notice, or are older men actually hugely popular as sex partners?

People who say things like that are simply frogs in a well—they don’t know the wider world. They just haven’t experienced enough different people, so they end up thinking that way.
I think they’ve created this kind of equation in their minds:
“I have more experience, so I must be better.”
There are all kinds of people, so I’d suggest dealing with each person accordingly.

Some young men are absolutely no good, while some men in their 60s are perfectly fine.
Why not just give a casual “I see” and leave it at that?

I don’t think there’s any decent man who says, “Sex with me is great, right?” (lol) That’s all there is to it. Age has nothing to do with it (lol).
Even if you ask women, maybe that particular older guy just happens to be like that, or maybe men their own age—their comparison group—are like that. I’m curious about the results too, so if you’re going to conduct interviews, let’s collect meaningful data.
