Women do sometimes put their underwear back on after showering or taking a bath. Maybe her previous boyfriend—or papa (a male supporter)—liked taking her underwear off, and she simply didn’t like being naked after showering.
Alternatively, she may have had little experience with papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) and assumed that men like undressing women, so she put her underwear back on after showering or bathing.
But that doesn’t necessarily mean she wanted to leave. Sometimes she may simply think that’s what people do.
Even if she puts her underwear back on, if she goes straight to bed, things can normally progress from there.
If you find taking it off yourself troublesome or are worried about damaging the bra’s hooks, you can just say, “Take it off,” and she’ll probably remove it without an issue.
If she also got dressed afterward, the situation may have been different. Perhaps she was disappointed when she saw the woman put her underwear back on and started getting dressed herself, so the woman did the same.
