What exactly do you mean by joining only after you’re fully satisfied?
Do you mean that you’re worried you’ll go to the interview thinking, “I’ll just hear them out and decide later,” or “If they can clear up my concerns, I’ll join,” only to be pressured into signing up?
Since the interview takes place at a café, I don’t think any staff member will aggressively force you to join. However, some may get overly enthusiastic and keep trying to persuade you.
Either way, if you simply say, “I’ll think about it,” and leave, you shouldn’t receive persistent follow-up sales calls or messages afterward.
The staff can be intimidating too. Many are quite pushy, and some aren’t very good at listening.
Before deciding to join, first make sure you feel comfortable with the staff member you’re dealing with. If you feel another club would suit you better, there’s no need to force yourself to join Universe Club.
