It’s part of your individuality, and we can present it as one of your natural qualities.
That said, our staff will do their very best to take attractive photos during the interview, so makeup can be one of a woman’s assets when it comes to bringing out her best features.
In our experience, most women have their photos taken after applying makeup.

Why not put on a little makeup and ask the staff to note, “She normally doesn’t wear makeup”? You can also add a comment like that yourself or upload a makeup-free selfie later.
Think of it this way: your appeal doubles when you can show yourself both with and without makeup.
After all, your appeal is also something the other person gets to decide.

If you don’t usually wear makeup, you may simply be someone who looks perfectly fine without it. If that’s the case, you might be okay as you are.
Generally, though, most people do wear makeup, and I think wearing some would improve your chances of passing the interview. So I’d recommend putting on makeup.
Of course, some people look attractive without any makeup, and if you came to an interview that way, I would still evaluate you fairly. (Though I’m not conducting interviews at the moment.)
