Men are, much like monkeys on a mountain, a sex that lives in a competitive society and cares deeply about hierarchy. So I think men worry about age more than women do.
You can see it in the way older men advance through the bureaucracy, for example. Seniority-based pay structures feel like a very direct expression of masculinity.
…When you live in a society like that, I hope you can understand that the meaning of age as a piece of digital data carries more weight for men than for women. If people understood that, perhaps its frightening implications would feel less severe.
As for answering the question:
There’s a saying that “no matter how old they get, a child is still a child to their parents.” Relationships don’t change that easily.
So, if you want to be treated “as one woman, regardless of your age,” then treat your partner “as one man,” no matter how old he is now. If you do, you may be able to stay together for a long time.
Even if you use your youth as leverage to earn some money for the time being, things will probably be over with that person once your youth is gone.
Of course, it’s entirely up to you if you want to have one person handle the money and another handle the emotional side.
Good luck!

I’m in my 40s, but I’ve actually been more popular since I turned 30 than I was in my teens or 20s, so I don’t really understand what you’re worried about.
If anything, I feel like I get more lustful looks now.
Of course, the papas treat me kindly and see me as a woman.

Thank you for your question.
> Men are pretty particular about women’s age, aren’t they?
When looking through a list of women, some men inevitably start paying attention to the numbers. Age is simply one of those numbers.
> Women don’t place that much importance on age among themselves.
Men don’t place that much importance on age among themselves either, so it’s the same. Also, I think women sometimes pay attention to a man’s age too.
(“What? He’s only ○ years old? I thought he was older” seems to happen fairly often.)
The proportions may differ, but I think there are certain things people notice when it comes to the opposite sex.
> How can I still be treated as a woman in my own right, regardless of my age, even in my 30s or 40s?
I think it comes down to what’s on the inside.
There are plenty of wonderful women in their 30s and 40s. Many people’s kindness and the way they treat others show through in their appearance as well.
I think it helps to be mindful of those things in your everyday life.
