Thank you for your question.
It’s a question along the lines of:
“I want to make the person asking this question extremely thin. As things stand, they have a protruding stomach, which looks unattractive, and more importantly, it isn’t good for their health.
Obesity can lead to various illnesses. I’m worried about their health and tell them they’d be healthier if they lost more weight. I also tell them not to eat dinner or drink alcohol, but they won’t listen.
How can I get them to lose another 30 kg?”
This might work for someone with an M streak who wants another person to control them, but generally speaking, changing someone’s body shape is difficult.
To begin with, if they don’t have the body type you prefer, I think it’s better not to offer them an arrangement.
I understand that you’re genuinely concerned about them, but I think you should either leave that issue alone and continue seeing them, or find a woman whose body type matches your preferences.

I understand how you feel. If I had to choose between a slim woman and a curvier woman, I’d choose the curvier one too.
A woman is made up of everything—her mental and physical qualities included—so I think it would be best to keep your relationship as it is, limiting your comments to something like, “I’d prefer it if you were a little more curvy.”
If body type is the deciding factor for you, you should look for someone else sooner rather than later. I’m sure there are plenty of women with the figure you prefer. Conversely, doesn’t that mean a woman’s body type is only a minor consideration when choosing someone to date?

That sounds like it would be difficult with someone who’s only a dating partner here.
Even if you eat high-calorie foods together, what’s the point if she adjusts by avoiding them after you part ways...?
Rather than trying to change someone, I feel you’d ultimately be better off looking for someone else.

First, shouldn’t you start by finding out what she likes?
If you casually choose a high-calorie restaurant, she may end up disliking having meals with you.
And even when it’s their beloved boyfriend, it’s hard to change someone’s mindset about losing or gaining weight. There’s no way she’ll change just because her papa (a male supporter) tells her to.
You’ll only make her dislike you.

Wouldn’t Starbucks be a good option? Starbucks Frappuccinos are fairly high in calories—around 300 calories. If you have cake together as well, you could easily take in around 600 calories.
At Starbucks, even women with small appetites might be comfortable going.

It’s not that she’s slim with a great figure—she’s actually underweight, so she probably only eats as much as she feels she needs of the things she wants.
Or maybe, if a restaurant only serves high-calorie food, there’s nothing she wants to eat, so she ends up barely eating anything at all.
Sometimes very skinny people suddenly get into strength training and realize the importance of eating more, but that’s rare.
P.S.
Maezawa, I was thinking exactly the same thing.
(I decided not to write it because I didn’t want to cause offense, though…)
Would a man actually stop eating or drinking just because you told him he was too fat and should stop?
Exactly.

She probably doesn’t want to gain weight, and I don’t think someone she’s dating should try to change her.
