Does the club ever invite women who have withdrawn to register again?

I’m Kurosaki, the chief at Universe Club’s Osaka branch. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to reach out to a woman who has already withdrawn from the club—not to mention someone who has formally canceled her membership. If one of my staff asked me to do it, I’d probably turn them down. Putting myself in her shoes, I think she’d feel more “This is a club that contacts people after they’ve left”—and become distrustful—than feel happy that “Someone is interested in me and still wants me.” The response may vary depending on the branch or staff member, so if you’re really interested in this particular woman, it might be worth asking once. That said, it depends on why she left. Since she’s already decided to withdraw, even if you did manage to reconnect, it might not turn into a positive encounter...

I’ll answer as Maezawa from the president’s office. Universe has introduced tools like Salesforce—systems that other dating clubs wouldn’t be able to implement. As a result, we’ve started doing some of the same kinds of tasks as ordinary companies. As part of that, we now send emails even to people who have left the club. I’m not sure whether this approach, which is effective for regular companies, will work for a dating club as well. But since we’ve invested in the system, we’re trying various things to make the most of it. That said, we’re generally using only limited information, such as email addresses, so even if someone requests it, it’s difficult for us to invite a particular woman back. People leave the club for some reason, such as having achieved what they wanted. Unless they themselves reach a point where they want to try again, it’s probably best to assume that they generally won’t re-register.

I’m Kazu, a male member. I’m not sure about inviting someone to re-register. My feeling is that if a woman has left the club, she probably doesn’t want to be contacted, so I don’t think they would reach out to her. If she hasn’t quit but is only on a leave of absence, it seems you may be able to make her an offer by contacting the club—provided she says she’s open to receiving one.
