Joe here, answering rather late.
This issue comes up from time to time, but men and women tend to have different opinions on it. Since you’re a woman, I think you’d be better off going with the women’s perspective in general.
As I read your question, I found myself wondering what I would do in that situation. I’d probably turn her down politely, because I’m not confident when it comes to sex. Whether the relationship continued after that would depend on her.
I’ve never met a virgin through Universe, but I have met a woman whose only experience was with one person—twice in total. Her name is Kii-chan. We occasionally exchange updates and meet for lunch or drinks about twice a month. The reason things have continued, even if only loosely, is that Kii-chan is hardworking and fun to talk to.
At our lunch the other day, she finally told me she’d gotten a boyfriend. At the same time, she said she was struggling because he wanted physical intimacy far too often. She loves him, but ideally, she’d rather not have sex.
I was giving her some rather half-hearted responses (sorry), when Kii-chan suddenly stopped twirling her spaghetti and burst into tears. I have a peculiar tendency to feel like laughing when women cry, so I desperately held it in while offering some more random advice (sorry again). Eventually, her tears stopped.
And for some reason, I ended up giving her a housewarming present. Or rather, she made me buy her a hair dryer. Some hair dryers cost about as much as 100 daily pasta lunches.
So, questioner, if I ever happen to make you an offer, please don’t say, “I want a hair dryer.” I will definitely run away.

Please take the opinions of those who have been through it into consideration, rather than those of people who do it.

Have you already received an offer and gone on a date? Also, did you tell the staff about this during your interview?
Being a virgin can be a significant advantage at Universe Club’s Osaka branch. That said, if you’re comfortable with men who think, “I want to take her virginity”—sorry, that’s a rather blunt way to put it—or “I’d like to be the one to give you your first experience,” then you should definitely receive offers. Please contact the club staff.
Getting back to your main questions:
“Would he be disappointed if he found out I was a virgin?”
→ Some men might be disappointed, but as mentioned above, others may be pleased. It really depends on the other person’s perspective, so it’s hard to say. (>_<)
“When would be the best time to tell him?”
→ On the contrary, when would you like him to find out? Normally, I think it would be fine to bring it up when the conversation naturally turns to that topic.☆
I understand that having an experience for the first time can be scary, but please make sure to think it through carefully and decide for yourself♪

I’ve had an experience like this before.
I invited a Type C woman to my room after dinner, and she immediately agreed. But once we were in the room and I reached for her clothes, she suddenly looked frightened and teary-eyed. When I asked, “Do you really not like me?” she replied, “This would be my first time outside the club.” Even when I tried talking to her, she just kept shaking her head. So I had no choice but to let her go home.
It seems she’s still registered as Type C, but when I contacted her once afterward, she never replied.
In a normal relationship, being a virgin might be considered something special. But outside the club, you’d hardly ever have the chance to date one.
Lately, I’ve increasingly felt that people expect the club to provide something like amateur escort services. After reading the question, I felt less disappointed than simply annoyed.
The best time to mention that you’re a virgin is when you register. There are probably plenty of male members who like virgins, so you’d be flooded with offers.

Maezawa from the CEO’s office will answer as well.
If you feel that the man you’re currently seeing would be a good person for your first time, I don’t think you need to tell him in advance. You could simply let things naturally progress into an adult relationship (intimate).
You could even tell him after you’re both undressed at a hotel or somewhere similar.
I can’t say how he’ll react, but normally, I think he’ll treat you kindly.
It’s actually fairly common for a man to find out only once the moment arrives that it’s her first time. (笑)
That said, you could also consider charging a premium for your virginity. There are men who might offer ¥300,000 or ¥500,000. Men will probably get angry at me for saying this, though.
Some men like being a woman’s first. Maybe they want to watch her grow afterward. Men like that seem to gently guide and teach you.
This is a place where allowances are part of the premise to begin with. I think it’s perfectly normal to look for someone who understands your value.
Whatever you decide, I hope you’ll make a choice you won’t regret.
P.S.
> Did he have the dick of a holy hero or something?
He must have. (笑)
I imagine his sacred power gradually faded with age and experience, and by now it’s probably at zero. Though there may still be men out there with a Golden Bat, I suppose. (笑)
> It’s not because she charges a lot; it feels more like “virginity fraud,” where she pretends to be a virgin.
They do exist. (笑)
There seem to be a lot of men who have never been with a virgin, so they can’t tell the difference. Since men can’t tell, perhaps that kind of fraud is able to flourish.
(Though if the person herself is happy, maybe that’s all that matters.)
But I don’t think there are any at Universe Club. They’d be forcibly expelled.
> Since the person asking is a woman, she should basically follow the women’s opinions.
That’s true…
I think women understand women’s feelings better, so it would probably be best to use the opinions of the female respondents as a reference. There are probably reasons that only women can understand—reasons men simply can’t.
> Depending on the model, a hair dryer can cost as much as 100 pay-per-meeting lunches at a pasta restaurant.
Dyson, perhaps? (笑)

Everyone has a first time. I prefer women who are comfortable and experienced, so I wouldn’t be disappointed, but I would think, “Ah, she’s new to this—helping her relax and enjoy herself is going to take some work.”
Also, while it can be fun to be the first man to take a woman to Jojoen, I’d probably wonder what I should do about her actual virginity, since I’d feel a sense of responsibility.
I think you should tell him when you feel that you’d be comfortable going to bed with this man. He may be surprised, but I’m sure he’ll take you seriously and respond sincerely. It may be difficult to bring up, but when you discuss going to bed together, don’t forget to agree on the allowance as well. He might get so excited hearing that you’re willing to go to bed with him that he forgets to discuss the allowance.
