Until a year ago, I had my dates arranged through the women’s affiliated branches, so I’ve used both the Tokyo and Yokohama locations.
Advantages of Yokohama:
1. As Maezawa-san mentioned, it’s smaller, so you’re less likely to get lost among the other women.
2. Because they can be more flexible, the service is better—or rather, Tokyo’s service is simply too careless. This is based on my experience as a male member, so I’m not sure whether the same applies to female members.
Advantages of Tokyo:
In my experience, people from Yokohama regularly travel to Tokyo, while people from Tokyo see going to Yokohama as a special trip. So if you register in Yokohama, Tokyo male members may not look at women registered there. The reverse, however, is unlikely, partly because there are fewer women in Yokohama.
Since Tokyo’s advantage and Yokohama’s first advantage essentially cancel each other out, I personally recommend Yokohama because the service is better.

If you’re about the most beautiful girl in your school, I’d recommend Tokyo.
But if you’re more like the fifth-prettiest girl in your class, Yokohama might be the better choice.
A lot of women come in for interviews in Tokyo, so profiles can quickly get pushed to the back pages. That said, if you’re truly striking, there are also plenty of men, so you’ll receive lots of offers.
On the other hand, at a regional branch, there aren’t as many registered women, so your profile will move to the back pages more slowly than in Tokyo. And because people are judged by comparison, a woman who might get overlooked in Tokyo can stand out in a regional office and receive plenty of offers.

It differs not by branch, but by individual staff member, so it really comes down to luck.
You just have to leave it to fate.
