Maezawa from the President’s Office here with an answer as well. I mainly check the PC version, and while it was definitely painfully slow until last week, things have actually improved now. I haven’t asked the programmer exactly what was fixed, but there was feedback last week that it was too slow, so I assume improvements were made afterward. You may be thinking, “No, it’s still slow,” and technically, the top page is still slow. However, if you click the “Female Members” button before the photos load, the directory page will display at its usual speed again, so you can still search for women without any problems. The directory page is now fast enough for practical use, so please check it out.

I’m Kazu, a male member. It really does take an incredibly long time for the photos to load, doesn’t it? If you send feedback to the branch office, they may eventually do something about it.
