There’s an overwhelming difference in the number of registered members between regional areas and the Tokyo metropolitan area. Since recruiting women when launching a branch can be quite challenging, there may be some differences in the level of top-tier members.
Women at the Platinum level who might quickly get lost in the crowd in Tokyo could become consistently popular in regional areas.

Occasionally, a popular woman from Osaka or Nagoya moves to Tokyo and switches branches.
Even in those cases, she remains popular, so I don’t think there’s usually a significant difference.
That said, these cases are quite rare, and I don’t know whether there are women who have relocated between every region.
As for whether someone has received no offers at all in one area but then received lots of offers in another, I don’t think there are any real examples, so I’m not sure how I could answer that.
If any woman who has moved all over the country happens to read this and report her experience, I’d actually be very interested.

It sounds like you wouldn’t get reliable results unless you registered the same woman at each branch and benchmarked them against one another.
