Even now, when you search for it, you’ll see things like:

There are two types of female ejaculation:
- Ejaculation unrelated to orgasm, before ejaculation
- Ejaculation that follows directly after orgasm
In both cases, the fluid doesn’t come out with the force of urination. It trickles out in a neat arc, little by little. When it happens, it can continue for quite a while and produce a decent amount.
You could compare it to the reflexive way you urinate when a strong shower is aimed at the glans—except it keeps going.
The second type, after orgasm, isn’t pleasurable enough to make you feel it was worth doing. It’s almost unpleasant. However, it’s easier to achieve, so perhaps that’s the version generally introduced to people…
The first type, unrelated to orgasm, may be quite difficult, but I think it’s probably closer to what women experience as female ejaculation. As for whether it feels good, there is a sense of accomplishment, but considering how difficult it is, it’s not really something you’d necessarily want to try again.
If Mac and Kazu are going to try it, I’d suggest attempting the first type—the one unrelated to orgasm. Why not incorporate it into foreplay? It involves stimulating the glans.
Apply lubricant to gauze or pantyhose, then pull it back and forth from side to side, rubbing with a motion like polishing shoes. The movement feels good, though it can also be a slightly ticklish sensation. However, if you’re not careful, once it starts feeling too good, it may lead to orgasm rather than female ejaculation. If you’re prepared for that, it could still be fairly enjoyable.
