Nice to meet you!
Welcome to a world where you may end up with wounds deeper than a scar just under 30 cm long.
If it concerns you, be sure to explain it clearly during your interview. I don’t think a man would withdraw his offer over something like that, but it’s probably information he’d want to know in advance.

I’m Maezawa from the President’s Office, and I’ll answer this as well.
Having surgical scars won’t affect the interview at all.
However, they are noted in the profile. If they’re listed there, men won’t be surprised later.
The things men tend to dislike are:
1. Self-harm scars: They may assume she could be emotionally unstable and that dating her might be difficult.
2. Tattoos: Many men are essentially a no-go when it comes to large tattoos. With a small, discreet tattoo, it seems to depend on how attractive they find the woman.
That said, some men don’t care at all.
I once heard someone say, “A woman had a man’s name tattooed in a very private area. That was honestly a problem.”

Actually, trans women are registered too. You can find them in the search results. (笑)
You might be surprised by how many of them are beautiful.
And some even receive offers when they’re registered in Tokyo.
Maybe even though these men are supposedly attracted to women, their curiosity gets the better of them and they end up making an offer.
Sometimes I wonder whether the trans women who register are coming in for interviews just to see how convincing their transformation looks.

Even though it’s due to an illness, I understand why you’d be concerned about the scars. You may have held yourself back and kept your distance in various ways.
But it’s okay. They may be a little surprised when they first see them after entering the hotel, but if you mention them in your profile beforehand, it should be fine. And if someone likes you enough to make you an offer, I think they may even come to find your scars endearing.
I have a scar on my lower abdomen, too, but my partner kisses it so tenderly. My partner also has a keloid, and I find that endearing as well.
It’s okay. Face things with confidence. I’m sure you’ll meet a true gentleman who will accept the real you.
As another respondent, I’m deeply uncomfortable—and feel I owe an apology—that some people casually list medical conditions and syndromes out of curiosity, without considering how the person involved might feel. Please stop writing all sorts of things based on a few bits of secondhand knowledge.
This is a place anyone can see. Whether you meant no harm or are actually a good person is irrelevant. It can amount to nothing more than an insult, so please be careful.
Mr. Mac,
Thank you for your thoughtful opinion. I’m sorry that, due to my own immaturity, I failed to understand and receive your words as an expression of such considerate feelings.
That said, I did not use expressions like “such-and-such syndrome.” I was simply sharing an opinion formed through years of effort after obtaining my qualifications. I have actually been present in the field and have continued to support both the family and the individual—especially one child who has long admired Cirque du Soleil.
Even after reaching a position with “director” in the title, I still learn something new every day. Of course, that includes far more than medicine, and I intend to keep working to gain knowledge in every possible area.
From the perspective of someone who has lived much longer than I have, I’m still inexperienced and wet behind the ears. Please have a laugh at my narrow-minded immaturity and kindly let it go.

A 30 cm scar is fairly large, so it’s understandable that you’re conscious of it.
When dating romantically, perhaps you’ve had unpleasant experiences where you hid it from someone, only to have him look shocked when the moment came.
Fortunately, dating clubs have profiles. Since you can mention it beforehand, the man won’t be caught off guard, and you won’t have to see his shocked expression.
I think it would be difficult for him to completely ignore it, so it might actually put you more at ease if he acknowledged it casually, saying something like, “So this is the scar you mentioned. It really doesn’t bother me at all.”

Aizawa, Sub-Chief of Universe Club Tokyo, will answer as well.
You mean surgical scars, right?
They won’t affect your interview at all!!
Some gentlemen may be concerned about them, so we may mention them in the comments, but you won’t be rejected because of that, so please don’t worry.
Having surgical scars doesn’t diminish your appeal as a person.

I don’t think a surgical scar on your back would be a problem at all.
