It depends on how long she has been inactive, but once we receive a request to reactivate her account, we recommend taking new photos first. We want to avoid having a woman receive an offer after reactivation only for her appearance to be completely different from her profile.
If her profile has changed significantly, we’ll also ask her to fill out the profile sheet again.
If taking new photos soon isn’t possible, we’ll check whether she has any recent selfies or other photos. If that still isn’t possible, we’ll re-upload her original registration photos with a note stating that they were taken when she first joined.
The re-upload date will be today’s date, so she’ll appear at the top of the listings. If we think she’s a good match, we may also feature her as a pick.

I’ve come across profiles with additions in the club’s comment section, such as, “She came in to re-register in [month/year].”
The profiles of women returning from a break that mention why they came back leave a particularly good impression on me. It gives you a general sense of whether they tend to stick with the same person or move on, and what kind of arrangements they’re looking for.

A woman I had previously added to my “Favorites” disappeared for a while (from around April to June, I think...), then suddenly showed up in my Favorites again, which really surprised me!
When I checked her profile, I saw that she had taken new photos, and there was a staff comment saying, “She’s resumed activities...”
P.S.
I think she appeared at the very top.

If you take a break and then reactivate your account, there usually won’t be any special notice.
Your profile won’t move up in the listings either.
However, if we receive a lot of messages from men saying things like, “I was about to make an offer, but she disappeared. Is she taking a break?” we may move your profile up to highlight that you’re back.
(Usually, we don’t do anything.)
So if you’ve been inactive for a fairly long time, I recommend having new photos taken when you reactivate your account.
New photos will move your profile higher in the listings, and the staff will also add some extra comments, including an update on how things are going now.
