Would it be possible to request a specific staff member to handle my reshoot?

I’m Marika, a female member. I’m embarrassed about showing or emphasizing my feminine side in front of another woman, so I only requested that a male staff member handle my reshoot. He was young and had been with the company for less than a year, so I initially wondered, “Will this be okay?” But he was really good at taking photos, and I was glad I ended up with him. It would be a problem if there were any mistakes in my profile, and since I can’t see the comments section, I do worry about that.

In that case, they may mention not only who is good at taking photos, but also things like, “I like this staff member’s comments,” or name a staff member they personally prefer. That’s exactly what you want. It’s important to consider who is best overall, including their comments—not just their photography skills. If possible, I recommend asking several men. They might even give you advice, such as suggesting a different outfit or saying that a different facial expression would suit you better for a reshoot. Men who want to keep you to themselves may not be happy about it, but those who are willing to share their thoughts will probably teach you a lot. Once you’ve decided which staff member you’d like, I think you should tell the club something like: “I’d like to have my photos retaken, and a man I’ve met recommended having this staff member take them. Would that be possible?” In that case, the available dates and times will be limited depending on the staff member’s work schedule and other interview appointments. There’s also a chance that their schedule may suddenly change and another staff member will end up taking your photos on the day. That part comes down to luck. Also, in Tokyo there are three locations, so if you want a particular staff member to take your photos, you’ll need to go to their branch. It would be difficult to have them come to you, so you’ll need to arrange your time and location around that staff member’s availability.

If someone’s first date doesn’t go well, things probably won’t go smoothly afterward either… Maybe it’s the same here. That said, we recognize the staff member who takes the best photos each month, and this month’s award went to a new graduate. When it comes to photography skills, I don’t think being new necessarily has much to do with it... Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I just want to say that being new doesn’t mean someone is incapable.
