As for the criteria staff use when recommending women, it’s usually when the timing feels right in some way.
For example, when I’m selecting women to feature as picks, I may want to recommend someone I interviewed in the past who seemed great but never received an offer. If we invite her back for new photos and she looks even more beautiful than before, I may want to recommend her then as well. And if a woman consistently receives great date feedback, I may recommend her even to men who tend to be particularly picky.
To be honest, I can’t really recommend someone until I’ve seen how she does on a date. I’m quite strict when evaluating new women, so I may not recommend them that strongly.
That doesn’t mean I think the more experienced, “professional” women are necessarily better. But women who have learned the basics through the dating club and understand how to start out as a papa-katsu woman are probably the ones I’d consider recommending.

From the female staff’s perspective, I may seem recommended because of my personality and the way I treat people, but apparently men don’t see me that way. It seems there are quite a few cases like mine where I get no offers—or very few.

In my case, I specify that she must be at least 170 cm tall and weigh in the 40-kilogram range, so no matter how positive the feedback is, I won’t be introduced to a shorter woman.
Also, since I rarely have weekday evenings or weekends free, they don’t introduce me to office workers either.
This may sound a little odd, but I don’t think they recommend every wonderful woman to every man.
Of course, sales matter too, but I believe they make their recommendations with the hope that it will lead to a great connection—and that it will continue.

Sometimes, when a staff member thinks a woman is great but she isn’t receiving many offers, we’ll feature her in the recommendations section with the feeling of:
“Why aren’t the male members making offers to her? What are they looking at?”
While muttering, “Obviously, it’s her looks…”
It’s our way of saying, “If you prioritize personality, give her a try.”
That said, since there are no set criteria, the meaning may vary depending on the staff member.

On the member page, the recommended women have notes like “0 dates,” right? For those who don’t have “0 dates” listed, I assume the staff feel they communicate well during interviews and other interactions, but simply haven’t had many dates yet.
The women that staff recommend individually are matched to the male member’s preferences.

It’s usually the other way around.
