I’m Marika, a female member.
When I visited one of your Tokyo offices before, there were five or six female staff members there, and they were all incredibly beautiful. As a woman in my 40s who isn’t particularly attractive, I felt almost embarrassed by comparison.

This is just my guess, but aside from me, pretty much everyone is attractive.

A lot of men feel that way, so we regularly get requests like, “I’d like an in-person consultation with Ms. XX (the female staff member), please.”
It can be a hassle for the staff when this happens every week. (笑)
P.S. > If the female staff are more beautiful than the women who come in for interviews, the women will probably become more humble.
That’s just my guess, but I think they see the staff as a separate category, so I don’t think that’s happening.
I feel like they would react that way if they thought of the staff as women registered with the club, just like themselves.

I’ve only met two people in interviews, but one of them was incredibly handsome, with an enviably attractive face. I’m sure most of them are several times better-looking than me, an ugly guy.
From what I’ve seen online, both the men and women seem about as polished as hair stylists. I haven’t come across anyone I’d consider beautiful enough to make an offer to yet, but everyone I’ve met has seemed kind and easy to talk to.

This is Mamiya from Universe Club Tokyo answering.
Some people might say that we have attractive features.
I’m joking, but sometimes people say our staff are hired for their looks. However, being attractive doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll end up romantically involved with members—and there are some downsides to that image as well.
Since we’re inspired every day by beautiful female members and high-income male members, to be precise, I think we gradually become more polished ourselves.
We want to keep improving our appearance, expressions, and choice of words!

Whether our staff are good-looking is a matter of personal opinion. As for me, I’m short, overweight, and generally considered unattractive.
That said, most of the staff besides me may be fairly good-looking. I’m absolutely not being made to say that!!
It’s not that I’m afraid of what might happen after writing that there are some unattractive staff members, so I just can’t say it...
Romantic relationships with staff are prohibited, so whether they’re good-looking or not probably doesn’t really matter. Also, if you approach a staff member, you may be viewed as a member who requires special attention, so please keep that in mind.
