So far, I’ve been introduced to several women: some I clicked with and am still seeing, some I’m still seeing even though we haven’t fully opened up to each other yet, some I felt weren’t a good match and haven’t contacted again after the second meeting, and one who blocked me.
The other day, I happened to look at their profiles and noticed some common patterns in terms of compatibility based on their zodiac signs and blood types. I’d never really been interested in horoscopes before, but suddenly I find myself curious.
A question for the members: When you make an offer, do you check the woman’s zodiac sign or blood type?
A question for the staff: Would it be worth considering a search function based on zodiac signs or blood types?
I’m a male member from Seattle.
People always ask me if I’m type A, but I’m actually type O. Since those guesses are never right, I don’t believe in blood types or astrology at all.

Up to now, I’ve always checked every woman I’ve made an offer to. I compare her zodiac sign and blood type with mine, then factor in my past experiences to gauge our compatibility. It seems to work reasonably well.

I believe people have been asking about blood types for quite some time. I often hear comments like, “I prefer women with type ___ blood.”
I think blood-type personality tests are a bit of a stretch—reducing people’s personalities to just four types doesn’t really make sense. But when it comes to compatibility, I do feel like there may be something to it.
That’s why I used to ask about blood type myself. (I feel like it may have been one of the profile fields, though I don’t remember whether I created it myself.) But perhaps it isn’t being asked anymore?
If I heard men at my branch talking about it, I’d probably start asking from then on.
If someone told me, “Make sure to ask about it from now on,” I would, but I wonder how things are handled these days.

Some people do care about things like zodiac signs, blood type, and year of birth, so if we receive more requests for search functions based on zodiac signs or blood type, it may become a possibility.
