Also, comments are added when photos are retaken, so it may depend on what was written in those comments. I don’t know the cause, but if the previous photos are still available, they may be able to restore them. (Sometimes they’re no longer available.) Why not ask your branch office if they could restore all the photos and videos to the previous versions? Just be sure to present it as a request for consultation. If they say it isn’t possible and you insist or make a fuss, the staff may decide that you’re the type of woman who will also make a fuss in front of male members and choose not to recommend you. So even if they refuse, I recommend accepting it gracefully. If you give the staff a bad impression, you never know what they might say if a man asks whether they recommend you.

Some people post both their old and new photos, while lately, others have been uploading several pictures in one image, like a purikura collage. I think leaving the old videos up and adding new ones is also a plus. If your activity has slowed down compared with before, I’d recommend talking to the staff as soon as possible.
