Half of the women don’t receive any offers, so getting even one offer puts you around the middle of all the women registered with Universe.
If you’ve received three offers, I think it’s fair to say you’re toward the higher end.
So, regarding:

I’d say it’s actually pretty good.

Offers are generally based on your photos and videos, so you need to improve the quality of both.
However, Universe doesn’t retouch photos, so improving your photos essentially means improving yourself.
For videos, the way you speak, your tone of voice, and your mannerisms are also important. You may be able to make some adjustments there, but since it means changing the way you normally speak and carry yourself, I think it ultimately comes down to changing yourself.

I’m not sure if it’s just a “fest bubble,” but considering that half of the female members leave without ever receiving an offer, isn’t that an impressively high number?
