I’m in my 60s and still trying to figure things out.
I’m surprised there are men who ask questions like that so directly.
I usually ask, “You’ve probably received a few offers before—have you ever had any unpleasant experiences?” Once they start saying things like, “Well, there was this one time…” I can generally get a pretty good idea. Haha.

People who are kind enough to wholeheartedly pretend to be fooled are truly so sweet…
I can picture the whole scene (*^^*)
Oh, and I’d answer, “You’re the only one I’m accepting offers from.”

I’m Column Writer Flag Maker.
I sometimes ask questions like that as a lead-in when I’m in the mood to be completely fooled.
“So, how many people have you continued seeing after the initial offer?”
Woman: “I don’t really get that many offers.”
“You’re the only one I’ve continued seeing, Flag Maker.”
That’s usually the response, so I go:
“Really!? Wait, how is that possible when you’re this amazing!?”
“Yay! Yes! YATTA!! So I’m incredibly lucky to have made an offer that actually continued!? That means I’m one of the chosen men!!”
Then I look up at the heavens and say, “God! Thank youuuuu!!”
Then I turn to her: “Actually, I should be thanking you. Thank youuuuu!!”
I’m thinking, “She’s lying, and I’m lying too, right?” But if I just say, “Oh, I see. Huh,” the mood gets kind of awkward. So instead, I let myself be completely fooled with all my heart.

When making an offer, if you ask the club, some staff members will give you a general idea, even if they keep things vague. You can also get a rough sense of how experienced someone is from her mannerisms and so on.
I understand how women may feel about the question, but regardless of the exact number, I personally appreciate it when they give me a reasonably straightforward answer. That said, because of this, I’ve hardly ever asked questions like that over dinner—I only ask occasionally after things are over in bed.
Also, I feel that disclosing the number of offers on a woman’s profile might benefit members. Generally speaking, if two women are equally attractive, the one with fewer offers is probably more popular, so this could help the roughly half of women who have received zero offers.
Conversely, even women with many offers probably still have a certain level of demand, since some members may value their adventurous spirit or the fact that they’re easy to talk to.

I know all you gentlemen are curious about this too. When we’re eating or traveling, I can just grin goofily or give some random response.
But when I was caught off guard during the moment or while completely relaxed afterward, I couldn’t answer very well. I regretted not having prepared a few responses in advance.
I also think the kinds of answers everyone has been suggesting are probably good.

Some men may dislike the idea of a woman seeing a lot of other men. But if she gets very few offers, some may also assume she isn’t all that popular.
So I think it’s best to brush it off with something like, “That’s a secret.”
Besides, even if you give a specific number, a man who thought he was making an offer to a popular woman may still think, “You must actually be getting more offers than that, right?” So I don’t think there’s much point in answering honestly either way.
In that case, I think it’s better not to give a clear answer on purpose.
