Maezawa from the Corporate Planning Office here as well. For women, there’s a section called “staff comments.” Women can’t see it, and men are prohibited from telling them about it. If a man does reveal the comments, he’ll be warned, and repeated violations will result in forced expulsion. So basically, women have no way of knowing what’s written about them. That said, sometimes an active B-rated woman who is willing to accept an adult relationship from the very first day may have a comment saying something like, “She’s listed as a B, but in reality, she’s almost an A.” I don’t know why comments like that end up being written, but there are women who stop receiving offers because of them. It really makes you realize how complicated people can be.

I’m a male member named Basil. I rely quite a bit on the staff comments. Even if a woman is attractive, I won’t make her an offer if she has poor comments. That said, as others have mentioned, veteran female staff members tend to emphasize the good points of women they personally like—for better or worse—while younger female staff members often seem to focus more on surface-level impressions.

I’m Papercraft, a male member. I’m not entirely sure what the “special notes” mean, but when the interviewer is female staff, I try to keep in mind that her actual class may be one or two levels lower. So the first thing I check is the interviewer’s name.
