I’ve only ever made one offer through Standard. She worked incredibly hard and eventually became a finalist in a certain beauty pageant, moving up from Standard to Black.
She’s the woman the salon staff have met as well. Those were the days.

In the past, many men said they only looked at women one class below their own. Recently, though—perhaps because the level of women registered with Universe has improved; I’m not sure—that seems to have changed. People are saying that even women two classes below can be quite attractive.
So it seems they’re checking women up to two classes below their own. And if they’re checking them, that means they’re making offers too.
This suggests that Black members are unlikely to look at Standard women, while Platinum members also check the Standard class and may make offers there as well.

I’m Basil, a male member.
I’ve had that experience too. She was above average in both looks and personality, and I think she could easily have passed as Gold-tier. Maybe the staff put her in Standard because she still had a youthful feel and because of her bust size.
I didn’t skimp on the allowance, either. Though generally speaking, I don’t think it was quite on par with Black-tier girls—the kind I once lashed out at.

Since I’m in Kansai, I’ve never made an offer to a Standard member.
If I were in the Kanto area, though, I think even Standard members would be at least Gold-level compared with Kansai, so I’d probably make offers regardless of class.
