Maezawa from the Corporate Planning Office here. If it was two or three years ago, quite a bit of time has passed, so I think you’ll need to come to one of our branches again. If you first registered two or three years ago but only stopped communicating within the past year, it may be possible to reactivate your account simply by getting in touch. Even so, I think it would be best to have your photos retaken. For now, I recommend contacting us first.
