I do wonder if she might need the money, but I have a better impression of her than of girls who rarely reply even when I reach out to them.

It would seem suspicious if he texted me that after only two weeks of seeing each other, but I’d be really happy if he told me he liked me.

It really is something to think about, isn’t it?
I’m always wondering, “I wonder if it’s okay” or “I hope I’m not bothering him.”
Still, it’s wonderful that you’re able to date someone you genuinely like.
That said, I think it depends on the relationship between the two of you and his circumstances. Given how you met and the fact that you’re meeting through a dating club, it’s probably best to stay within boundaries that won’t inconvenience either of you.
(Whispering…) If he messages me, “I’d love to see you!” I get all excited, though.

It’s probably better to hold back.
That may be understandable early on, when you’ve just met, but if “I like you” or “I want to see you” comes across as “I want money,”
then instead, I think it’s better to talk about something specific—complimenting her, empathizing with her, asking for advice, or thinking something through together.

If he’s also been sending you messages saying he likes you, then I don’t think it would bother him at all. I’m sure he’d be happy to hear from you.
If not, though, it’s probably safer not to message him.
If anything, I think it’s better to show how you feel when you meet in person. You could also avoid writing “I like you” and simply ask, “When can we meet again?” I think he’ll get the message.
He may also be wondering, “Is she contacting me because she needs money, or because she genuinely likes me?” I think relationships work better when things remain just ambiguous enough that he can’t quite tell which it is.
That said, I’m not really sure why you specifically said you wanted to hear from men. Women’s experiences could be helpful too—what worked for them, what didn’t, and so on.
