I was referred by someone who acts as an intermediary on Twitter, communicated via LINE, and had an appointment booked at Universe Club. However, the office I was told to go to for registration wasn’t the location that comes up in searches—it was an ordinary apartment. I understand they may use a different location for filming or as a precaution against potential problems, but I started to feel a little uneasy and wanted to contact you. Is the office address that comes up in searches different from the address sent to applicants for registration? I apologize for the inconvenience, but I would appreciate your reply.

Maezawa from the Corporate Planning Office here as well. The locations that appear in search results are intentionally set to show different locations. However, there may be other businesses using this to direct people elsewhere, so could you please send us the wording of that message through the form below? We’ll look into it carefully. https://universe-club.jp/help/contact/ If you don’t receive a reply within a day, we didn’t receive your message, so please submit it again.

I’m Rin, a female member. It sounds suspicious and scary, doesn’t it?! If you’re brave enough to ignore that and go all the way to the interview, then go through the official website! They responded courteously by email and clearly provided the location as well. And to the person who asked the question… keep your danger radar switched on—for your own safety.

I’m a male member who goes by “Paper Airplane.” As you said, it’s only natural for the person asking the question to worry that it might be dangerous, creepy, frightening, or completely out of control. If you don’t know what to expect, anyone—regardless of gender—would probably feel anxious at first. But once you actually get involved, you’ll likely be surprised to find that it’s completely different from what you imagined—so well-organized and reassuring that it feels more than a hundred times safer than you expected. It may even leave you feeling anticlimactically impressed by how solid the whole world is.
