I’m Rin, a female member. I wasn’t familiar with “chat hostess work,” so I looked it up. Even from a woman’s perspective—though I’m no longer young—it seems to involve a completely different mindset, or perhaps level of commitment. I feel it would be difficult unless only women who genuinely want to participate in a true give-and-take arrangement come to the interview of their own accord. If the idea is simply to sit at home in loungewear with a cup of tea, keep someone company, and receive money, I feel that would be disrespectful to the men who belong to a dating club.

Still, it might be worth contacting them directly just in case. If they think your proposal could be useful, they’ll probably get back to you. If they’re not interested, you likely won’t hear anything further. As Mac also mentioned, you could register as an affiliate (there is a screening process) and have 60 women visit your affiliate link. However, the interviews will still be conducted as usual. If the women simply say, “I came because I was told to,” they’ll likely be rejected. The same goes if they say they don’t want to go on dates. If all 60 women genuinely understand the terms and want to try dating, you should also receive affiliate commissions.

It may be possible to work together through scouts or some kind of partnership, but when you say “chat work,” do you mean the easy, casual, coin-by-coin kind of part-time job women can do from an agency office or home, especially during the pandemic? If that’s what you mean, the barrier to entry is much lower than with a dating club, so girls who are willing to move from chat work into papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) wouldn’t be a problem. But when it comes to papa-katsu or dating clubs, I imagine many girls would still feel hesitant. There was a girl I mentioned in my answer to a previous question. I was thinking of introducing her to Univa, but it seemed impossible, so I gave up. She did do the coin-by-coin chat work, though. She was strongly against papa-katsu. Or did you mean chat work more like the adult-entertainment industry, rather than the coin-by-coin kind?
