Basically, most members tend to gather near one of our branches, so there are fewer members in areas without a branch.
That said, even if you live in Shikoku, you could still enjoy it by traveling to Hiroshima for dates. It may take a bit more effort, but you might find it makes for an enjoyable experience in its own way.

That sounds nice—I’d definitely love to travel there once things settle down with COVID!
I’ll leave it to others to answer whether there are any female members from Shikoku, but I wanted to say that you can still go on dates even if the woman isn’t from Shikoku.
Some women may be excited about a date far away, while others may find it a hassle. There are also hurdles, like staying overnight on the very first date, but personally, I don’t dislike the idea ( ̄▽ ̄)
Of course, Tokyo has plenty of female members, but since transportation costs can add up, it might be better to invite someone from one of the three prefectures in the Kansai region or from around Hiroshima.
Some people actually look forward to meeting someone when they travel to Tokyo or other major cities, and there are also papas who regularly come to see someone from far away even when they don’t have a business trip.

When I searched for women in all four Shikoku prefectures through the Hiroshima branch, there were 14 profiles.
So it’s not like there’s no one at all—why not sign up, even with the Standard plan to start? If you find even one good match, it can be a lot of fun.
