I’m listed as Dating Type B, and I received an offer the night before for a first meeting the following day.
Before the state of emergency was declared, I registered with the hope that once the COVID situation settled down a little, I might start receiving offers. So I was grateful, but since this offer came the day before, I couldn’t accept it.
I was told the other person was a doctor. I wondered whether he hadn’t been able to make an offer because he had been busy, or because of the current COVID situation, and considered various possibilities. In what kinds of situations would someone make a last-minute offer to a Type B woman?
Maybe I’m overthinking it, but when someone else made me an offer, they gave me several possible dates for the meeting. This time, however, the person who made the offer didn’t even provide a second-choice date.
I would appreciate any answers.

Honestly, I think it was probably just that he happened to get that day off unexpectedly.
If that was the only day that worked for him, he may have offered it to another woman who was available that day. You might have been the second or third person he asked in the first place.
In rare cases, if he reaches out again the day before his next day off, it probably means he liked you.
The fact that your schedules didn’t line up was simply fate. I hope your next encounter goes well.

Even if the offer is made the day before, it has nothing to do with her dating type. He makes an offer when he wants to meet that particular woman, so he may also make a next-day offer to a Type A woman.
With that in mind, here are a few possible scenarios:
1. He’s been busy all along and wanted to make an offer but couldn’t. Then his schedule suddenly opens up tomorrow and he wants to go on a date.
2. He had a date arranged with another woman, but she canceled at the last minute. So he makes a next-day offer to a woman he’d been interested in and had saved as a favorite.
3. He receives a request to find someone from his favorites who’s available to go on a date tomorrow.
Actually, now that I think about it, all of these can be summed up as: he suddenly felt like meeting her tomorrow.

I don’t think there’s any need to read too much into it.
He was probably just looking for someone who could meet tomorrow, since his schedule suddenly opened up.
That would explain why there wasn’t a second choice.
If you want to look at it positively, maybe he’d had you in his favorites for a while and tomorrow happened to become a day when he could finally make you an offer.
