Thank you for your question! Kida, the representative, will answer.
We may contact you even if more than a year has passed since you withdrew your membership. As stated in our security policy, we do not delete the contact information and other details provided at the time of registration after withdrawal.
We also ask members to sign a pledge agreeing to receive promotional communications.
Until now, we have not had many opportunities to contact members who had withdrawn, but we are currently putting a marketing automation system in place. As a result, you may receive notifications once a year or once a month.
As required under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, promotional messages will include a clearly visible opt-out option, such as blocking messages or unsubscribing from the mailing list. If these communications are bothersome, please unsubscribe.
My own inbox is overflowing with sales emails, and I receive all kinds of messages on LINE as well. We will do our best to keep the frequency and content from becoming a nuisance, and we appreciate your understanding.

We recently had a system issue with LINE, so you may have received a message because of that.
(Conversely, some current members may not have received a message.)
We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the system issue.
If you’re worried about whether the message really came from a staff member, please call your branch directly. They should be able to confirm whether it was actually sent by a staff member.
If you’re in Tokyo, you can call 0120-966-531.
If you don’t know your branch’s phone number, you can also contact the Tokyo office, and they should be able to direct you.
