There’s a request on the male members’ page asking us to update our LINE accounts.

I’m だて◎ゆめ, a male member. In my case, I only use email because I can’t use LINE—I have no interest in learning it and don’t know how anyway. I don’t find it inconvenient, so I have no plans to change that（笑).

I’m a male member based in Seattle. I handle everything through LINE, since I’m slow to notice emails. I tried an online date today, so I registered a new LINE account. I learned a lot about how the online dating system works. It was fun, and the person I spoke with was cute, too.

Later, more and more men began saying they preferred LINE too, so we now use LINE only for those who request it. So if you prefer, we can communicate via LINE, but as in this case, technical issues may sometimes force a change. LINE isn’t really designed to be used from a PC, so when it’s used for business, problems occasionally occur. What’s more, while everything may disappear from our end, we can still appear completely normal to the other person. This can lead to situations like: “Why hasn’t my message been marked as read?” or “It’s been marked as read, so why haven’t I received a reply?” These kinds of issues can happen. They’re rare, so it’s usually fine, but that’s why the vast majority of men still communicate by email.

I’m Hikōki, a male member. I created a Gmail account exclusively for Universe and use it to communicate. Since I can’t communicate via LINE or anything like that, I basically use email, and I almost never call unless there’s something I need to discuss. P.S. Seattle, Thanks for your hard work online! I just got back from a date with a Gold girl.
