As it happens, I was talking about exactly this with someone I’ve been seeing long-term just yesterday.
When men choose a woman, he said, what matters—or rather, what it all comes down to—is whether they like her face, conversation, and body, and whether they’re compatible.
Everyone has different tastes, so it just happens that I’m his type. But if you want to receive lots of offers, maybe you could ask the staff what body type, facial features, bust size, hairstyle, and so on tend to get the most offers.
I imagine a secretary type who’s more beautiful than cute, slim but not overly thin, with a D–E cup bust and medium-length hair in a not-too-bright shade of brown would be popular.
Ah, but that’s just my random speculation.

In my case, I don’t go for women who are beautiful and seem popular—I’d lose out in the competition.
As long as her figure is average, I’m not too concerned about it. I choose women with a calm overall vibe who aren’t too demanding about their allowance and other terms.

I think everyone has different priorities when it comes to this, so what people focus on really varies from person to person.
That said, most people basically choose based on looks.
They pick someone based on appearance, then meet in person to see if they click and get a feel for their personality, I suppose.

When making an offer, I look at whether our schedules work and whether I like her overall vibe, including her appearance.
As for whether to continue, it comes down to whether we’re compatible in that area and whether her personality is someone I could get along with even as a friend (though that’s not actually the case ^^;).

It’s an overall judgment based on her looks, figure, personality, occupation, financial sense (whether she makes excessive demands), and how easy it is to coordinate things like time and location.
To answer the questioner’s examples in terms of appearance: face, an average or slightly slim build, height around 150–165 cm, and a bust size from B to E, in that order.
Personality is what I prioritize most, but for that and her financial sense, I can only refer to her profile and the staff’s comments when making an offer.
That said, you can make certain assumptions based on her occupation. For example, people from top universities or in more respectable professions tend to be less likely to be difficult.

I’m a male member, and my username is Paper Airplane.
I make my decision based on whether her expressions in her videos feel compatible with me.
I think everyone, regardless of gender, has a particular type of face and overall vibe they’re especially drawn to. So I try to choose someone whose expression and atmosphere feel comfortable and compatible with me.
As long as she isn’t overweight, I choose based on her face and make the final decision from her expressions in her videos. I’m not concerned about breast size.
I do prefer someone with a defined waist, but since I weigh about my height minus 107, I don’t really mind her weight as long as it’s around that range. I’m starting to worry about my own stomach too, so I don’t make offers to women who weigh more than that.
I also check whether she’s available until 10 p.m., until the last train, or later at night, and whether she works at night.
