I have a request and wanted to ask whether something like this might be possible.
I have a question (or perhaps a suggestion?) about the mistress assessment. Rather than answering in writing, could the women consider how their responses might be interpreted by men and answer by video instead—responding to the questions on the spot?
How about a collaboration between the mistress assessment and video, where we collect the questions men genuinely want answered?
For example: “What would it take for you to become my exclusive partner?” “What would you expect on your birthday?” “What would you do for the papa (a male supporter) who did those things for you on his birthday?” and so on.
I’m hoping Universe will come up with an innovative approach unique to the club. President Kida and Mr. Maezawa, what do you think? Why not gather the opinions of the presidents who come here and take the industry to the next level?
This was my question, inspired by my hope for the continued growth of Universe, the club I carefully considered before choosing.

I don’t think you should take the answers given in the videos too seriously. Most of them are probably spur-of-the-moment responses—made up on the spot and not necessarily honest.
When women record their registration videos, they’re likely trying to figure out what kinds of answers will get them more offers and appeal to male members. So I doubt they’re expressing their true feelings; they’re probably embellishing things a little, haha.
Taking those answers at face value probably isn’t a good idea.
One woman said she’d casually answered, “I want to travel,” and then started getting invited on trips all the time by men saying, “You want to travel, right?” She was having trouble with it. ^^
I think the videos are really only useful for getting a sense of someone’s vibe.
Naturally, what kind of relationship a woman is looking for will vary depending on the man.

The videos vary widely in content—from little more than a greeting to several minutes of questions—so I’d like to see them made more substantial.
As with the other information, a woman’s personality and true feelings can come through in the way she speaks and her facial expressions, making these videos a valuable source of information.

The profile details and video questions seem to have been developed mainly by male staff, with a reasonably strong male-member perspective, and they’re fairly comprehensive as they are.
That said, there are probably other things that many members would like to know in common. To improve customer satisfaction, one option would be to solicit questions through a questionnaire or another low-effort method.
That said, even if you implemented members’ requests, I doubt it would immediately put you head and shoulders above the rest of the industry.

That’s a good question.
When writing, we have time to think carefully about what we want to say, so we should certainly take that into consideration as well.
Regardless of whether we turn it into a video, it might be a good idea to add or remove some questions. We could put together a draft and perhaps conduct a member survey too.

Some branches conduct them by video.
I’m not sure whether that’s necessarily better, though.
For example, it’s possible that a member directly requested it from the branch, which led to the video format.
(I don’t know the details, so it may also have been the branch’s own decision that this would be better rather than something a member requested.)
So I think it would be best to make your request directly to the branch where you’re registered.

I’m a male member going by “Paper Airplane.”
At the Kansai branch, they ask women the “mistress assessment questionnaire” on video.
They seem pretty flustered and unsure how to answer, so I assume they’re answering on the spot.
Maybe it’s just a Kansai thing? They ask a lot of pretty unusual questions. They even wait for them to answer the naughty questions. Sometimes a video lasts three or four minutes, and there may be two or three videos. In some cases, you can even watch the ones where things didn’t go well...
With videos, even if she freezes up, she has to say something, so you get to see more of her genuine personality, which makes them fun to watch.

As you pointed out, that is a concern, so I hardly take written answers into consideration.
