Does each female member have a designated staff member?

I’m Meg, a female member. I wasn’t sure who to address either, so I sent my messages starting with the name of the staff member who conducted my interview. I get the feeling that, from the staff’s perspective, members who aren’t overly picky about having to deal with one specific person are easier to work with—in other words, ideal members! > “A trivial concern” Whether something is trivial depends on the person receiving it. Female members don’t have a designated representative, but men sometimes contact the staff member who interviewed a woman and ask things like, “What was she like?” So there’s nothing unusual about contacting the staff member who interviewed you, and there are quite a few women who do the same, so I don’t think you need to worry. In most cases, the staff member who interviewed you will want to help arrange a date for you if possible, so few staff members would be bothered if you reached out for advice. Their reply may be delayed when things are busy, but if there’s anything you’re worried about, I think it’s better to ask for advice.
