Women can register starting in April after the March following their 18th birthday.
Men must be at least 20 years old.

I started in April, when I turned 18.
It’s graduation and enrollment season, but the graduation ceremony was scaled down, which felt a little sad.
I wonder what the entrance ceremony will be like.
