> All of the women I see head home the moment the time is up.
There may be some people like that…
But all of them?
If it’s everyone, I can’t help wondering whether the issue might be on your end.
If you meet at a love hotel, for example, it can make the whole purpose seem like it’s just about getting down to business, which may be why they leave right away.
But if you also have dinner together every time, I wouldn’t expect that to happen. What do you think?
If you find someone you really click with, conversation should be enjoyable too, so it might be worth looking for that kind of person.

> The end-of-work chime
That’s a funny analogy♪
A lot of people probably think of papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) as a job, so I guess that’s why it ends up that way.
Though it might be different with a generous (well-paying) papa (a male supporter) (^_^;)
Still, if that’s how everyone is... it feels a little lonely, doesn’t it?
I need some relaxed, affectionate time, too.

When one of us is short on time, it can feel like the end-of-work chime is about to ring, but generally it’s more like the chime signaling lunch break. We spend a relaxed hour together—giving each other massages, taking a bath together, and so on.
Once that roughly hour-long lunch break is over, I’m usually unable to get back to work and end up leaving early.
Of course, a girl who always rushes home the moment the end-of-work chime rings could never become a full-time employee—and she probably doesn’t want to anyway, so she’ll quit right away.

For women, there may be a feeling of “my work is done” or “my duty is over,” so perhaps it’s convenient for them to hurry home.
Even so, it’s a little lonely when there’s no time to savor the moment after reaching the climax.
Ideally, rather than immediately taking a shower or getting dressed, you’d want her to relax and quietly enjoy the afterglow without moving a muscle—perhaps even falling asleep.
Does she leave right away because it took you a long time to reach the climax?
Or is the date itself lasting too long?
Maybe it’s already getting close to the time when she needs to leave. You might want to prioritize her and adjust the pacing by allowing more time at the hotel, or going to the hotel earlier or making it the only destination.
Also, trying to enjoy things right up until the last minute may be making her want to leave even sooner. Try observing her a little more, giving her more time focused on her, and arranging things so that you finish up quickly and a little earlier yourself.
In many cases, what men want or think about is actually something women dislike, so it may be better to avoid doing what you feel like doing whenever possible.
