What are the grounds for forcibly banning male or female members?

Maezawa from the Corporate Planning Office here as well. There are many possible cases involving male members, so it would be difficult to list them all. Naturally, members are forcibly removed if they engage in criminal behavior, such as drunk driving, secretly filming women, or threatening a woman. In other cases, Universe may determine that behavior is ungentlemanly and forcibly terminate the membership. Repeatedly receiving negative feedback from women would likely also be judged to fall under the above category. For female members, if they cancel on the day of their first date setting after joining—even for a legitimate reason, such as coming down with the flu or having a parent hospitalized—they may still be forcibly removed, even if they contact us to explain the reason. This is because Universe has no way of determining whether the reason is genuine. Therefore, if they can provide documentation proving that they had a legitimate reason, they may avoid forced removal. However, a hospital receipt may not be sufficient. That said, few women would go out of their way to pay for and obtain a medical certificate, so they would probably end up being forcibly removed anyway. We apologize to the women who truly had legitimate reasons. Even from the second date onward, failing to show up at the meeting place without contacting us is considered malicious and will result in forced removal. However, since there is a record of previous dates in these cases, they may be able to avoid forced removal if they can provide something proving they had a legitimate reason. The fact that they failed to show up that day will still be noted, though, as it is up to the male member to decide how to interpret it. I do wonder whether we are being too strict with women. However, when we consider how disappointed men are when a woman fails to show up—and the angry phone calls we receive—we feel we have no choice but to be strict to a certain extent. I wish there were a better solution, but unfortunately, we have yet to find one.

I’m Paper Airplane, a male member. Of the women I made offers to, two were forcibly removed from the club. One was removed for taking too long to respond. The other canceled on the day without contacting anyone. I didn’t personally feel that the first woman was particularly slow to respond compared with others, so I assume there were additional reasons as well. The forced removals were certainly understandable, but there are also aspects that make it feel as though women are being treated like disposable pawns. I realize the club may have no choice but to favor male members under its system, and I think the club is otherwise excellent, with a very high level of satisfaction. Still, this is the one point I can’t accept—actually, it feels as though the men themselves are creating this disadvantage.
