As for the ¥400,000 in initial costs, I was completely outdone.
My primary partner and I looked at properties together this month and she has now moved. The total initial cost was similar, but embarrassingly, I only helped with a fraction of it.
With my other primary partner, we’re happily dreaming about her moving by summer.
Just imagining visiting her often and eating her home-cooked meals is so exciting and enjoyable.
P.S. I think the allowance is fine either way, but is she planning to pay off the ¥400,000 over several months? Wouldn’t it be more like a gift? I suppose it’s fine as long as she sees it as something to be paid off? Even then, I imagine she’ll show her appreciation in some way.
P.P.S. Also, if she decides to leave or take a break from the club, she can do so immediately, on the very day she says she wants to. In that case, you may not be able to view the videos you went to the trouble of getting afterward, which would be a shame. If it looks like she might do that, it may be a good idea to take screenshots in advance.
P.P.P.S. I’m sure your biggest worry is whether her father, mother, or another family member might suddenly show up. If her parents’ home is nearby, they can come over anytime… And even if they live far away, they could still suddenly turn up one morning without saying anything beforehand… It must keep you on edge(^^;;

I can see why you might feel that way.
There are three things that concern me.
First, the point that you wouldn’t be satisfied unless the ¥400,000 were paid off. Did you explain that to her and get her understanding? And even if so, does she actually intend to do that?
Second, you wrote that you were honest about everything:

Yet you didn’t mention whether she had left the club or taken a break. If she has already taken a break, then there’s nothing to worry about… I hope you simply left that part out intentionally so it wouldn’t come across as bragging.
And third, how can someone so popular choose to commit to just one person when the arrangement is basically ¥100,000 a month and two or three meetings per month?
Those are the three things I’m wondering about.
